Matti-Esko Seppä is the Head of People Analytics at Tieto, the largest IT software and IT services company in the Nordics. Matti-Esko has a background in HR, with a strong focus on HR Technology.
In his role of Head of People Analytics at Tieto, Matti-Esko is responsible for leading the Workday & People Analytics team globally, focusing on ongoing Workday development & support, development of day-to-day HR reporting & more advanced People Analytics practices, solutions, and culture within the organisation. Prior to his role as Head of People Analytics, Matti-Esko was the Project Manager for Tieto’s global Workday implementation project.
Matti-Esko is passionate about HR Technology, People Analytics and especially how technology & digitalization transform HR organisations and ways of working.
