From Hierarchies to Networks of Teams – A New People Analytics Era

This session is aimed at senior practitioners, looking or responsible for innovation in data analytics to support talent management practices, curious about new solutions and approaches, able to test them or pilot them in their organisations.

For many organisations, competing in today’s business environment is more difficult than it has ever been, as the old siloed, hierarchic models do not allow the speed, adaptability, and flexibility that are required to succeed in the current business climate of unpredictability.

This is the reason why more and more companies are changing their organisational model to working with dynamic networks of teams. This case study will show an innovative data analytics approach, based on network analysis, that is able to support new practices for Talent Management in networked-based organisations.

Attend and learn:

- How to fully unleash the power of teams in your organisation
- How organisations are transitioning from hierarchies to networks
- How to introduce innovative talent management approaches and people analytics that leverage and fully exploit this network environment.
