With 16 years of experience in HR at multinational FMCG companies, Sabrina had the opportunity to fill multiple managerial roles which enabled her to build a solid business acumen, strategic network and a deep understanding of people & organisation dynamics.

Passionate about statistics and analytics due to her background in Economics and Psychology, Sabrina has been helping BAT to accelerate the implementation of a world-class analytics function within HR.
