During the session, Peter will discuss:
1) How to set up a Centre of Excellence around WFA
2) Examples of investigations to finding workforce insights
3) Building professional skills in the interpretation of workforce information
4) Using WFA to drive HR interventions to improve organisational effectiveness
5) Building maturity in WFA over time.
What will you learn?
Participants will learn how and why a technical implementation of a WFA system in itself is not enough. In addition to the technical implementation, they will learn how a separate project track to build capability within the HR community can harness the potential of the WFA solution.
